Dance is a social and integrative practice that connects people. We believe that everybody can dance. We are passionate about dance practice and moreover to endorse dance as a healing practice accessible to all.
The way we instinctively move, dance, and interact on the dance floor often mirrors how we navigate other areas of our lives. Contact Beyond Contact provides a safe and playful space to explore this, offering you the opportunity to discover new aspects of yourself and create fresh pathways for being in the world.
Marianne has been dancing for as long as she can remember. She consider dance like one of the most natural way to express, definitely her favorite language.
Passionate by dance and movement and its effect on ‘human’ on physical, mental and spiritual levels, she’s continuously exploring new approach, leading her to study from dance techniques, fitness and training concept, shamanic principles, and other practices such as Reiki and NLP. She’s also the co-founder of Plein Soleil.
Practical information:
* 4 weeks transformation, Wednesdays
* Registrations are for the full session, no drop-in, as we build a safe closed container
* Door opens at 6:30 pm to start at 7pm
* Our practice is based on consent, you will be invited to respect when, how and if you want to interact with someone.
* Wear comfortable outfit, barefoot or in socks
* No dance or any other experiences required, open to all
